skin and surface

Lie down on a surface that feels good: a wooden floor, clean carpet, bed.

Release your weight to gravity. Notice which parts of your body are touching this surface.

Slowly, start to change positions or roll across the surface. As you move, silently name the new body parts that come in contact with this surface.

Enjoy the duet between skin and surface. Stop when you feel complete.
