burrow into darkness

Find the deepest darkness you can: close your eyes, cover your head with your shirt, bury your face into the ground.

Dance while shifting between different layers of darkness. For instance, you might open your eyes while covering them with your hand. How does your body feel with each shift?

To end, peel the darkness away gradually to let light fall into your eyes.
